Fall is in the air and the sourwood, poplars and maples are beginning to turn their bright colors.

Sadly that also means the outdoor heated pool will be closing soon, but the gym is up and running again with an All-in-one Body Builder, treadmill, elliptical, rowing and spin machine, plus free weights, exercise balls, and a TV to entertain or motivate.
