KEY FOB POLICY

  •  Key fobs provide access to the community clubhouse, fitness center, activity room, restrooms, and pool.
  • Each property is initially allotted up to two key fobs at no cost.
  • Additional or replacement fobs are $50 each and will be billed with your dues through our property management company.
  • Lost or stolen fobs should be reported immediately so they can be deactivated.
  • Fobs for tenants must be requested with a different form and approved by the property owner.

TENANTS / RENTERS 

If you are renting a property in Fox Glen, and are requesting key fobs, they can only be given with owners or property managers authorization.  Please provide contact details for your property manager or owner/landlord so Fox Glen HOA can obtain authorization. Click the link below.
