FOX GLEN COMMUNITY-WIDE YARD SALE FLETCHER, NC

 Our Community's Yard Sale is on September 13, with a back-up rain date of September 20. We are placing 30 large signs up and down Howard Gap, Pattys Chapel and Hendersonville Roads to help shoppers find their way to each of our separate entrances. Plus there will be way-finding signs within the community directing shoppers to the many homes participating and the great treasures awaiting in both areas. We also have 4’ x 4” promo cards available for you to share with friends or leave on counters of local businesses (with permission).

We have a good assortment of items so far including arts and crafts supplies, household items, decor, children’s items, small furniture, shelving, and more and more. And what will you be selling (or giving away)?

This should be a well-attended sale but if there are not a lot of homes participating, it won’t be a success. We want people to be buzzing about this when they head home so they remember when we have it again next year. Even if you don’t have much to sell, but you have things to donate or give away to someone in need… here’s your chance to do so without loading up your car and hauling things away. We hope we have a huge participation. Let’s make this a super sale!

If you have already streamlined your belongings, would you consider helping with the event? We need a volunteer for each section and you can even sit in a lawn chair while directing people. We just need your help. Please contact Sandie Rhodes by text or call at 828-280-8270 with questions or to volunteer even for a few hours.

Also, if anyone can loan folding tables, please get in touch. We will put “No parking on the grass” signs on all common areas so you can branch out onto the grass if your space is limited. Ask a neighbor if you can park in their driveway if they are not doing the sale. Remember, we need to spread out and make it inviting and exciting and easy for folks coming in to explore and shop.
